Please read all policies before booking

Cancellations - Card information will be required at the time of booking. Cancellations 24 hours before time of appointment will result in a 50% service fee charge. To reschedule or change time of appointment please contact me to avoid possible charge.

No Shows - No call No show clients will be charged 100% of the service booked, and will be banned from booking future appointments.

Confirmation - Please confirm your appointment via email or text message. Several confirmation messages will be sent out before time of appointment.

Refunds - No refunds will be issued, no exceptions. If there is a problem or concern with the result of a service, please contact me directly. I am happy to offer a possible solution. 

Refills - 40% of lash extensions are required to be considered a refill. Anything less than 40% will be considered a full set. If you are unsure if you need a refill or full set, please reach out to me to avoid being asked to reschedule.

Guests - Please ask me first if you have a guest you'd like to bring with you. I do not allow children in my suite as I have to focus thoroughly while I work and share a building with other beauty professionals who often need a quiet work space.

Arriving Late - Please call or message me if you will be late to your appointment. I often have clients back to back and don't have extra time between appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late with a phone call, I will charge a $10 late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late without a phone call, you will be considered a No Call No Show and your card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee.
